Information we collect

We collect the details you enter in an enquiry: name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, message, language and the property concerned. We also record unsuccessful form attempts for short-term security and troubleshooting.

• Technical security data such as IP address may be processed by Cloudflare Turnstile but is not stored with your public enquiry by this website.
• Administrator sign-ins and material admin actions are logged with account, time and IP information for security and accountability.
• Theme, currency and saved-property choices are stored in your browser only when you allow preference storage.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, arrange viewings, provide requested property information and take steps at your request before a possible transaction. We rely on steps requested before a contract and our legitimate interests in operating a secure, responsive property service. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

Recipients and international transfers

Information is available to authorised Mayfair staff and our hosting providers. Enquiries may be forwarded to Discord when that notification integration is enabled. Cloudflare provides security and Turnstile services. If you choose WhatsApp, you leave our website and Meta/WhatsApp processes your information under its own terms. These providers may process data outside your country; applicable contractual and legal safeguards are used where required.

How long we keep it

Failed enquiry attempts are kept for up to 30 days. Other enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship, a legal obligation or a legal claim. Administrator security logs are kept for up to 24 months. Browser preferences remain until you withdraw preference permission or clear browser data.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children and changes

This service is not directed to children. We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change; the date above identifies the current version.
